I live in Edinburgh, Scotland and work as Assistant Curator, Modern Scottish Collections in the National Library of Scotland. I have a Degree in History from the University of Edinburgh and am currently working towards an MSc Library & Information Studies via distance learning with Robert Gordon University. I enjoy reading, figuring out new things on my Iphone, music, Pokemon, walking, travel and good food. My favourite authors (at the moment) are Haruki Murakami, Margaret Atwood and Dostoyevsky. My favourite music includes St Etienne, the Cardigans and Amy Winehouse. My favourite food is Thai, closely followed by pasta and Chinese.
